2. Wholesale Accounts
2.1 Trade pricing is available to approved wholesale customers only. All accounts are subject to admin review and approval.
2.2 You must provide accurate business information during registration. We may request proof of trade status (company details, VAT number, shop address, etc.).
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for misuse of trade pricing, reselling violations, or fraudulent activity.
2.4 Account credentials are confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
3.1 Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email or through the platform.
3.2 Orders are subject to stock availability. We may partially fulfil or propose alternatives where items are unavailable.
3.3 We may cancel orders prior to dispatch if products are discontinued, mispriced, or unavailable.
3.4 No payment is taken online at checkout. Payment terms (invoice, proforma, credit account) are agreed separately for approved trade customers.
4. Pricing
4.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Prices may change without notice. Confirmed order prices are fixed at the point of our acceptance.
4.3 Trade pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties or displayed publicly.
5. Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns Policy and Refund Policy.
7. Product Information
Images and descriptions are for guidance. Packaging, labelling, or minor specification changes may occur without notice. We endeavour to keep catalog information accurate.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
